Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
`These Terms govern your engagement with Keep Capital across all services, including the Capital Audit, the Capital Architecture, and the Discovery Call. Please read them carefully before proceeding.`
Important Notice
Keep Capital is not a regulated financial adviser, solicitor, or accountant. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. All structural recommendations must be reviewed and implemented by qualified independent professionals before any action is taken.
These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Keep Capital ("we", "us", "our") through this website and any subsequent engagement. By completing a Capital Audit, purchasing a Capital Architecture, or booking a Discovery Call, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with any service or purchase.
If you have any questions, contact us at: [email protected].
We provide the following services:
Capital Audit, a ten-minute self-assessment tool that analyses your responses and generates a personalised three-layer capital architecture map, a Capital Vulnerability Index (CVI) score, a SAFO tax impact summary, and structural friction points. This is an automated analytical tool.
Capital Architecture (£3,000), a bespoke written document comprising the Founder Briefing Paper and the Capital Architecture, delivered as a PDF with a personalised Loom video walkthrough. The Blueprint sets out a proposed structural design specific to your business, family, and financial position.
Discovery Call (£500), a one-hour structured consultation to review your current position, explore structural options, and establish whether a full SAFO implementation is appropriate.
All services are delivered in English and are designed for UK-based business owners and families.
The Capital Audit, Capital Architecture, and Discovery Call do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
Keep Capital is not a regulated financial adviser, solicitor, barrister, or accountant. The analysis and structural observations we provide are educational and informational in nature. They are designed to help you understand your current structural position and explore what a bespoke family office architecture might look like for your situation.
Before implementing any structural change, you must obtain independent advice from qualified professionals, including a specialist tax barrister, a solicitor experienced in corporate and trust law, and a chartered accountant or tax adviser. We can introduce you to appropriate professionals, but we are not responsible for the advice they provide.
Tax estimates and projections in the Capital Audit and Blueprint are illustrative and based on the information you provide. They are not guarantees of outcome. Tax law changes, and individual circumstances vary. No reliance should be placed on any figure without independent professional verification.
The SAFO structure and related vehicles described in our materials are established legal frameworks used by UK families and business owners. They are not tax avoidance schemes. However, their suitability for your specific situation must be assessed by qualified advisers.
Payment for the Capital Architecture (£3,000) and Discovery Call (£500) is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgement. Delivery timelines are set out in Section 5.
In the event of a payment dispute or failed transaction, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the matter promptly.
Capital Architecture, delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to the information provided in your Capital Audit being sufficient for us to complete the analysis. If we require additional information, we will contact you within 24 hours of payment.
Discovery Call, scheduled within 5 working days of payment, subject to availability. You will receive a calendar invitation to your registered email address.
Delivery is by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeline for reasons within our control, we will notify you promptly and agree a revised delivery date.
Capital Architecture, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the Blueprint has not yet been delivered. Once the Blueprint has been delivered, no refund is available, as the service has been fully performed.
Discovery Call, you may reschedule a Discovery Call with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, will forfeit the fee. If we need to cancel a scheduled call, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact [email protected] with your order reference.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms. In particular, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services, which begins when you receive confirmation of purchase. However, if you request that we begin delivery of the service within that 14-day period and we do so, your right to cancel is extinguished upon full performance of the service.

The Capital Architecture and associated documents delivered to you are licensed for your personal use only. You may share them with your professional advisers (solicitor, accountant, tax barrister) for the purpose of implementing or evaluating the structural design. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute them for any other purpose without our written consent.
The Capital Audit tool, Capital Vulnerability Index (CVI) methodology, and associated frameworks are proprietary to Keep Capital. You may not replicate, adapt, or use them commercially without our written permission.
We treat all information you provide to us as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Where we introduce you to specialist barristers, solicitors, or other professionals, we will share only the information necessary to facilitate that introduction, with your knowledge.
We may use anonymised and aggregated data from audit submissions to improve our analytical tools and produce general research. No personally identifiable information will be used in this way.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Capital's liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our services or your reliance on the analysis we provide, including any tax liability, penalty, or loss arising from the implementation of any structural design without independent professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Material changes will be communicated by updating the 'Last Updated' date on this page.
